Delivery Policy
Legacy Cleaners strives to make our delivery service timely and convenient. The following outlines key elements of our delivery policy to help you understand our business practices.
Delivery Hours- They are 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday. Delivery Fees - None, all delivery is FREE.
Gratuity- Our couriers have been instructed not to accept tips or gratuities.
Acceptance of Delivery- All pickups and deliveries are made only to a specific location within your company or residence. This location has been designated by you or your company as a pickup and drop-off station for Legacy Cleaners.
Late Delivery- If unusual circumstances make it impossible to deliver your order during the scheduled day, it will be delivered immediately the following day.
Right to Refuse Service- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.
Leather/Suede Items Policy
Legacy Cleaners follows standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. These policies are standard to all dry-cleaners including classical retail dry cleaning stores.
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. All leather and suede garments are cleaned 100% at customer’s own risk, and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or fading as a result of the dry cleaning process.
Household Items Policy
Legacy Cleaners follows standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. These policies are standard to all dry-cleaners including classical retail dry cleaning stores.
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Legacy Cleaners' liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
Garment Damage Policy
Legacy Cleaners follows standards and policies set by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute.
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Legacy Cleaners' liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
Re-Cleaning Policy
Within two (2) days after delivery, you may return any dry-cleaned items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge.
To request re-cleaning, please e-mail Customer Service Center and explain the problem. You will receive a re-cleaning approval number. Place the re-cleaning approval number in our SCHEDULE A PICKUP form in the COMMENTS section and resubmit the items as an order. The courier will pick-up the items on schedule.
Loss Policy
Legacy Cleaners follows standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. These policies are standard to all dry-cleaners including classical retail dry cleaning stores.
We exercise utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Legacy Cleaners' liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.
